Where Theory
Meets Practice

A unique model of professional development: Claire teaches alongside your staff in real classrooms, making development visible, tangible, and immediately useful.

What are Team Teach Days

Professional development that happens in your classroom

Most CPD stays in the training room. Team Teach Days are different. Claire works directly alongside teachers in their own classrooms - planning together, teaching together, and reflecting together - so development is grounded in the real, live context of your school.

This model removes the transfer problem: teachers don't have to imagine how a strategy might work in their class, because they've just tried it with Claire by their side. The result is faster, deeper, and more durable change in practice.

Team Teach Days can focus on any aspect of teaching and learning - from formative assessment to classroom talk to revision strategies - and can be run as a one-off or as part of a wider program.

The Big Idea

Professional development works best when it's situated, collaborative, and job-embedded. Team Teach Days put the theory into practice - literally.
